In light of the ongoing challenging circumstances regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that Taplanes remains open for business and is available to support your projects – both longer-term, planned projects and new, short-notice projects.
Of course, our main priority is the health, wellbeing and safety of our employees, as well as our customers and partners worldwide, and with this in mind, we have implemented changes which enable us to minimise any health risks whilst continuing to provide an efficient service to all of our customers – new and old.
Where possible, our teams are now working from home, utilising digital means to ensure we maintain our strong service levels.
We have only a small, skeleton staff remaining in the office to support the factory, which continues to manufacture and we have put in place measures to minimise any risks to those employees and to our manufacturing capacity. These measures also mean that no visitors are allowed into the factory.
Our deliveries are continuing but we need your support to ensure that any risks at the point of delivery/off-loading are also minimised. Deliveries will be kerb-side and our delivery drivers will not enter any buildings.
In the same way that we are working hard across every aspect of our business to maintain our ability to manufacture and delivery, we are pleased to report that our supply chain is also currently well-positioned to service our customer’s needs.
We are pleased to be supplying products to the NHS and care sectors, and helping HMO property managers to improve bathroom facilities so that residents can more safely self-isolate and social distance. If any existing or new customers require urgent help with the supply of showering solutions, please get in touch. We have a number of stock items available for immediate purchase and delivery.
For many of our Education Sector clients, the summer is the busiest period for improving buildings and whilst no one knows for sure how long the current COVID-19 situation is going to last, Taplanes is able to continue manufacturing and storing products so that once your projects are up and running again, there will be no delays in getting you products to you.
