Taplanes Ltd Guarantee

Taplanes Limited (“Taplanes”) Guarantee any Goods manufactured by themselves against defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase, providing that such Goods:

• Have been installed by a competent person in accordance with Taplanes installation instructions;
• Have been properly maintained and cleaned, e.g., using types of cleaners specified by Taplanes;
• Have not been subject to misuse or damage;
• Have not been modified or repaired except by a person authorised in writing by Taplanes

Subject to compliance with the terms outlined above, Taplanes undertake without charge to repair or replace, at its option, any Goods covered by this Guarantee.

This Guarantee does not cover, and Taplanes do not take responsibility for, other manufacturers’ items added to or installed within any of the Goods, or for any defect or damaged caused to the Goods by such items.

This Guarantee applies only within the United Kingdom and is subject to the limitations and exclusions set out in the accompanying Taplanes Terms and Conditions of Sale.

This Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
